A Poem to my Wife
Pre-written by the Creator
The Lord knew we needed
Eachother to heal
So He designed and made you
28 years ago, zeal!
My wonderful bride has been born
My soul must have known.
My bestfriend to adorn
My heart without you would groan.
And just 20 years later
Into my presence, you came.
And although you were beauty
Out of shame, I turned away.
Oh, but thank God we were foolish!
Nothing could keep us apart.
8 years later, we enjoy poolish
And laugh at eachothers farts.
Although life may be hard,
We have eachother to hold.
And I have to thank God
For your beautiful soul.
